The cloth was draped head to foot over the body covering both front and back with the head in the center of the cloth. The hands of the man are crossed and the knees slightly bent. WebSome of the blood which stained the shroud had previously bled out onto the body from a still-living man -- and some of the blood oozed out after death. 6.
