Web10 de ago. de 2024 · I’m 61 yr old female. I recently got fit bit. My resting heart rate is between 70 to 100. Daily chores it’s 110 to 115. Last month my resting was 60 to 80. And sleeping 55 to 65. Now I take ADHD meds my resting is 80 too 100 and chores about 110. But my sleeping is 80 and my HRV level 8. Breathing 12.
