However I recently moved to the Bay area and the luthiers here want 3X more to cut and fit a bone nut than it was back home in WA, and TUSQ's flat bottom pre slotted has a 9.5" radius. There is a product from Graphtech that is black called a Trem nut, and is a boron compound, and there may well be a tad of TFE in some other black nuts, but it would noit really be possible to make a graphite nut as it'd crumble
