Play the missions on hard, and the AI will for sure be slower. RBR 1hr I used the Porche RSR. Start on mediums and pit to whichever tires you're most comfortable with once the rain comes. So I recently got gold on the Mono race on Trial Mountain, barely. I had to hold off Fraga for about the last 7 laps with him right on my tail the whole time, and he even passed me twice.
