I am in the procress of working to collect all the Artifacts but it seems there is nothing more difficult than just finding the things. The Center had the puzzle cave and the volcano cave etc. Ragnarok had the Ice Cave, Jungle cave and the Labyrinth. If nobody finds one of the two that one will just stay there and stop others from spawning since it has no timer. if both are picked up, 45 minutes later you will have two more. If you are in single player and can't find them it's not that they aren't spawning, you just haven't found them.
