I couldn't find one online, so I created a character sheet to track sidekicks. My players will be working with one soon, and I wanted to be able to pull it up and work with it. It's a Google Sheets link that can be copied. Feel free to use it, but credit me if you do anything with it.

WebBest way to handle it at the moment is to create a homebrew creature, adjust the stat block as necessary, and add it as an extra to your PC. It's really cumbersome, and does not allow for simple leveling up, but once the up-front work is done, it's an easy way to keep everything in one place (your DDB character sheet). There is a very basic version (you can add one as an extra, but it's just the very basic stat block). So yes, I agree: Building them directly in Foundry is probably the best way to go right now.

Then you just go to extras - manage extras - add an extra - sidekick and choose the sidekick at what level you want it. I've seen recommendations on the forums ranging from keeping track of it all separately offline to creating a 'Character' built like the sidekick you'd like and adding it to the campaign.
