I'm sure you figured it out sometime in the last 6 months, but for the sake of anyone else reading this in the future, you have to add a controller in the Bitwig settings, click under hardware vendor and select Roli, seaboard grand as the controller and select your Orba inputs and outputs, and then it works as mpe.
